Welcome to the 2022 Next-Generation Pharmacist Awards!

Thank you for joining us to recognize deserving pharmacists, technicians, students, and industry advocates with a Next-Generation Pharmacist nomination. 

To begin a nomination, create an account or sign in to your existing account using your login information.  Nominations open January 24, 2022 and close on May 15, 2022.  

Nomination Process
Nominations include a short section collecting background information, three sections of 1-2 paragraphs each describing the nominee's accomplishments, and the opportunity to upload two supporting files as examples.   The entire nomination process is automated and should take less than 15 minutes.

Tips to Submitting a Winning Nomination

• Outline Your Ideas - Gather evidence and identify what information you would like to include before you begin writing your nomination.
• Tell A Story - Judges appreciate anecdotal evidence and insightful stories that illustrate how your nominee exemplifies the qualities of the category of nomination.
• Highlight Accomplishments - Has your nominee demonstrated advancement in the industry or implemented new programs?   Be sure to mention it!
• Keep It Simple - Judges are looking for linear, easy to read nominations.  Remember, they'll be reading many!

About the Awards
Established through a collaboration between Parata Systems and Pharmacy Times, the Next-Generation Pharmacist program salutes pharmacy professionals who are defining the future of pharmacy. The national awards program recognizes and honors pharmacists, technicians, student pharmacists, and industry advocates.

Now in its 13th year, the program is comprised of 10 categories. Entries will be evaluated by an independent panel of esteemed judges, and up to three finalists will be named in each category. In addition to 10 category winners, one winner will be named the 2022 Next-Generation Pharmacist — the program’s top honor.
